Loans Sales Officer

In this role the Loans Sales Officer is responsible for finding and making loans and other financial services available to qualified prospects.

A dynamic leading microfinance investment company is seeking passionate and committed Loans Sales Officers in the following parishes: 

• May Pen
• Mandeville
• Santa Cruz
• Savanna-la-mar
• Port Maria
• Port Antonio

Candidate must be committed to sales, service and success and are seeking a challenging opportunity with a dynamic and progressive Company. 

Applicants must be highly motivated, extremely proactive and should demonstrate the ability to build and maintain customer relationships and close sales.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• At least a first degree in Business Administration or Marketing (completed)
• A minimum of two years’ experience in sales/ loans
• Must be target oriented with a drive to succeed in the microfinance industry
• Exceptionally talented, energetic, high-performing

Core Responsibilities

•  Interview and assess prospective customers to determine eligibility for loans
• Assess and analyse loan application and evaluate credit worthiness of applicants
• Build and maintain relationships, generate prospects and convert to sales
• Perform administrative duties as required
