JUNIOR GRAPHICS DESIGNER

The Junior Graphics Designer is a creative team player with a passion for film and a proven track record of delivering high-quality video content to deadline. The successful applicant will work with the Sandals Light and Film Team to film and edit a range of video products and manage motion design projects for all companies within the Sandals/ATL Group.

 Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:

• Developing high visual impact design concepts, sample layouts and assets for multiple brand projects including local advertising, flyers, brochures, billboards, direct mail and invitations.
• A strong working knowledge of digital design, brand development, interactive design and the creative process.
•  Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
• The ability to think creatively, working on own initiative to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Must be able to select images, text styles and layout that effectively convey the brand message.
• Collaborate with internal departments to manage build out of specific design projects.
• Manage and maintain graphic files including logos, approved corporate images.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent visual design experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Graphic Design.
• Program Experience: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Have an understanding of fundamental visual, typographic, print and electronic design disciplines and principals.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Illustrative skills are desirable.
