Influx seeks to hire an experienced executive to lead our Human Resources team in Jamaica. This is a remote position (you will be working from home), reporting to our HR Director. Knowledge of US regulations is a bonus!!
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee life cycle processes from attraction and acquisition of talents to onboarding, capability and career development through to exit and separation
Contribute to a high-standard performance management systems that provide employees with clear structures and pathways, aligned with compensation
Making sure recruitment happens at high standards
Participate in decision-making as a member of the leadership team
What We’re Looking for
Three years of experience managing a team
Experience making high-quality decisions involving people and organisational structures
Ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation
Proactive personality with positive influence to the people
Familiarity with the service industry
Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
Knowledge of US Human Resource Regulations and norms will get you to the top of the queue
