Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the management of the Company's Projects Team and building construction sites; preparing technical drawings, estimates and schedules for construction projects; and project procurement and budget management.

The candidate should have:

• Atleast a BSc. in Civil Engineering.
• PMP certification; or a recognised certification in Project Management and or Quantity Surveying would be an asset.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in the field.
• Strong project management and supervision skills.
• Proficiency in structural design, estimates, AutoCAD technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills.
