Currently Recruiting for:

APPLICATIONS ENGINEER – MANUFACTURING

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prospecting existing and new customers to market the company’s product and services.
• Work with a team of professionals in developing and executing new marketing strategies.
• Assist in the execution of projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Review tender documents and develop proposals to meet the requirements.
• Present weekly reports to management on markets and potential opportunities.
• Presents reports to customers as needed.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• BSc. in mechanical engineering with 5 years’ sales & marketing experience.
• Proven track record in sales & marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (including Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint).
• Any suitable combination of training and experience.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of oil and gas market. 
• Knowledge of drilling & production, completions etc.
• Knowledge of tubulars, premium threads, OCTG etc.
• Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management skills with demonstrated ability to multitask.
• Committed to providing quality customer service and building strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team and organizational goals.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience and /or working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, 14001 & 45001.
• Experience and/or working knowledge of Completion and Testing Services.
• Willing to travel.
• Knowledge of Material Science will be an asset.
• Knowledge of API Specifications and Machining Operations will be an asset.
