Job Description
The Site coordinator is responsible for overseeing the construction of new buildings or other large-scale projects. This person must ensure that all contractors and subcontractors are working together effectively to meet project deadlines, and act as a liaison between these parties and the client or owner of the property being built.
Site coordinator may also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at their site. This might include ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly, monitoring safety protocols, and making sure that workers have everything they need to do their jobs well.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to utilize critical thinking skills to identify issues and work independently to correct them, have knowledge and a solid understanding of new commercial projects and most importantly be a team member to ensure a timely and quality project completion.
