What You'll Do:

• Implement and maintain Microsoft Dynamics GP for new and existing clients 
• Provide expert-level support to end-users
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis
• Analyse business processes and provide recommendations for improvement
• Gather requirements and prepare customer-facing documentation to support the implementation process (FDD/TDD)
• Perform system health checks
• Provide end-user training
• Contribute to business process improvement discussions

Who You Are:

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Technology or Finance
• You have 4+ years related experience as a GP Business Analyst or equivalent combination of education and experience
• You are experienced in providing support across the GP series
• You have a good understanding of business operations, including accounting, inventory management, purchasing and sales
• You have strong experience with systems analysis and functional design
• You have a strong technical aptitude with the ability to lead in-depth technology discussions, articulating the business value of the solution
• You are experienced in reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL scripting, etc.
• You exhibit a solid commitment to delivering excellent customer service – all the time
• You hold yourself accountable to consistently delivering quality results on time
• You are eligible to work and live in Trinidad and Tobago
• You own a reliable, roadworthy vehicle
• You are willing to travel regionally and internationally to deliver services
