Call Center Customer Service Agent- Montego Bay

We are seeking outgoing, motivated call center agents to assist customers for a variety of programs. We serve clients across a variety of industries including retail, banking, telecommunications, travel and hospitality.

• Are flexible to work a variety of schedules including evening and weekend shifts
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid Jamaican ID, NIS and TRN 
• Have excellent verbal communication skills
• Are self-motivated
• Have the ability to problem solve
• Have a strong desire to achieve goals
• Possess basic computer knowledge/skills- including the ability to type 20 WPM
• Have the ability and openness to work with a diverse customer base
• Are able to work well in team settings
