Advisory Opportunity & Engagement Set-Up Officer (K-JESS)

KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS), provides office extension support services in the JESS Operations to KPMG in the US and is seeking to hire suitably qualified, competent, highly motivated Officers, Advisory OES for the JESS Advisory team.

KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (KJESS)” operating from the Kingston office, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”). 

The Client’s Advisory team is setting up a new support model to deliver Opportunity and Engagement Set-up (OES) process at KJESS. The Advisory OES team works with the Client’s delivery teams to manage key administrative and compliance activities within the OES lifecycle. These include creating and maintaining new entities & opportunities, generating client & engagement acceptance requests, and collaborating with Client’s internal stakeholders to manage engagement set-up activities such as opening engagement codes. This team will interface constantly with senior leaders of the Client’s delivery teams including Partners and Managing Directors (MD).

 KJESS team members within the delivery center will work under a team extension model to support Client’s processes.

Advisory Opportunity & Engagement Set-Up Officer 

The KJESS Advisory OES Officer will be responsible for executing the OES processes and will work closely with the Client’s teams as well as the local OES Manager. The Officers perform such tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures including but not limited to creating and maintaining new entities/ opportunities, generating client & engagement acceptance requests, and collaborating with Client’s internal stakeholders to manage engagement set-up activities.

The ideal candidate at the Officer level will be self-starters with strong analytical and decision-making skills. He/she will also possess the ability to exercise sound judgment whilst coping with high demands in a fast-paced customer centric environment.
