The Human Resource Professional is responsible for the management of people, to help them perform to the best of their abilities and as a result achieve better performance for the organization.
Qualifications/Experience:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or equivalent.
5-8 years working in a similar role.
Knowledge of Human Resources best practices.
Knowledge of performance management systems.
Suitable for manufacturing environments.
Training and development skills
Experience in collective bargaining.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Experience in a fast paced environment.
Experience with Payroll.
HR experience in a unionized environment will be an asset.
