HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL

The Human Resource Professional is responsible for the management of people, to help them perform to the best of their abilities and as a result achieve better performance for the organization.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• 5-8 years working in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Human Resources best practices.
• Knowledge of performance management systems.
• Suitable for manufacturing environments.
• Training and development skills
• Experience in collective bargaining.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Experience in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with Payroll.
• HR experience in a unionized environment will be an asset.
