We are seeking an energetic and customer-centric Site Inspection Specialist to join our sales team.

We are seeking an energetic and customer-centric Site Inspection Specialist to join our sales team. The Site Inspection Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing and managing the entire site inspection process, leading to clients being happy about the various locations for their events. The objective is to increase revenue for the hotel through effective site inspections and building strong relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  •  Organize and confirm all services required for inspection visits.
  •  Remain up to date on the latest news in the hotel sector.
  •  Be familiar with the offerings of competitors.
  •  Research the companies that visit us before their arrival at the Hotel to guide your inspection.
  •  Propose creative ideas to surprise customers.
  •  Share information about inspections to the rest of the departments in a timely manner.
  •  Attend the Management briefings to inform about the planned inspections.
  •  Program personalized amenities for site inspection guests.
  •  If necessary, organize and confirm the relevant persons to be present during the tour.
  •  Deliver gift kit to attendees to the site inspection.
  •  Make presentations about the Hotel.
  •  Prepare a report after the visit on the most important points and send it to the MICE & Sales Managers.
  •  Ensure that each inspection visit is carried out in an organized manner.
  •  Support in administrative and operational tasks that are requested by the MICE & Sales Managers.
 

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Associate Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management 
  • 2 years’ working in hospitality in Guest Services or Sales,.
  • Experience in customer service in a 5-star luxury hotel
  • Knowledge of the local and international markets, operational hospitality and sales.
  • Computer Literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language skills:
  • High level of English; Basic Spanish is a plus
