Represent the company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how the solutions meet customer needs.
Provide market intelligence on the housing industry for current and future developments.
Assist with the design and execution of marketing activities e.g. open house events, office presentations and other promotional events deemed appropriate to attract prospective purchasers and build lead pipelines and support business development efforts.
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
Maintain and ensure up to date brand/marketing information on all platforms and media.
Collaborate with the manager in preparing budgets and monitoring and reporting on expenses.
Evaluate, measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives activated.
Create &/or draft Releases, Briefs, Content across traditional and online platforms.
Draft and prepare content for the publication of marketing material/collateral and oversee distribution.
Sales
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
Coordinate sales effort with internal team members and external partners such as realtors and financial institutions.
Track all sales activities and manage the sales process in the company’s CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.

Sales targets met or exceeded.
Timely and accurate sales status updates in CRM.
Strong brand presence that connects with the target audience.
Quality of written reports and presentations (content, accuracy, clarity of expression, format and grammar).
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, Marketing and or Sales, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales.
