This position is located in Antigua and is primarily responsible for directly supporting the Telecom customers by troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, telephone and customer-related issues and by identifying areas in which the use of technology can be improved.

Main Duties and Essential Job Functions:

  1. Troubleshoot complex customer issues.
  2. Provide on-site training to customers.
  3. Move technology from one location to another.
  4. Make changes or adjustments to existing systems such as performing upgrades
  5. Receive customer payments and return for deposit.
  6. Create and maintain interdepartmental and vendor relationships
  7. Provides feedback to the Administration Manager regarding customer concerns.
  8. Provide customers with product and service information.
  9. Promote the company’s products and services.
  10. Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Assist with the creation of delivery and service routes

General Traits Required for the Role:

  • Possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Have a friendly outgoing personality.
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Qualifications Required:

3 CXC passes (must include English)
