The incumbent is responsible for crafting, monitoring and maintaining a strong online presence for the Company’s brands across all markets through the effective coordination of websites, social media and mobile platforms to increase traffic and grow brand fan base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Developing and managing mobile campaigns targeting external and internal publics.
  • Developing and updating a comprehensive social media strategy to increase visibility and traffic across all brands.
  • Recruiting followers, members and fans to the various digital platforms on an ongoing basis
  • Responding to queries, concerns and comments received online in conjunction with other relevant stakeholders. 
  • Conducting research to determine effectiveness of online activities, to inform digital marketing strategies.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

  • Proficient in graphic design, videography, video editing and photography
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree – Integrated Marketing, Communication, Digital Communication or a related field
  • One (1) year experience in similar capacity.
  • Experience with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
