The incumbent will act as a servant leader of a scrum team focusing on removing obstacles and impediments to team’s progress.

Core Functions

• Acts as a Servant leader of a scrum team focusing on removing obstacles and impediments to team’s progress.

• Stewards the team in fostering adherence to  the scrum framework and agile practices.

• Adheres to establish organizational execution methodologies, policies and procedures.

• Fosters a trusting and safe team environment that operates in alignment with agile values.

• Facilitates o ptimal team productivity by protecting the team from disruption.

• Provide coaching at the individual and  Development Team level.

• Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the scrum team.

• Supporting the Product Owner in creation and maintenance of the Product backlog to maximize  prioritization of highest value.

• Ensure team adherence to enterprise policies and procedures in planning release of solutions to production.

• Leverages tools and produces scrum artifacts for analysis and to  identify opportunities for growth and gaps for improvement on the development team.

• Effective communicator helping employees and stakeholders understand and adopt agile practices and empirical product development.

• Collaborating with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of  agile practices and scrum in the organization.

•Facilitates Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up and Sprint Retrospective.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Banking/Finance/Computer Science/ Management Information Systems or equivalent qualifications.
  • Certified Scrum Master Level Certification.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in executing technology projects.
