The Sales & Marketing Representative is responsible for the marketing and sales activities of the organization, as well as identifying prospective customers and building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Base Salary:  ($5,000 + Commission)

JOB PURPOSE:

• Markets various lines of business to customers with principal objective of sales maximization.
• Manages relationships with customers to ensure maximum satisfaction in an efficient and profit maximizing manner.
• Responsible for continuously seeking new markets to promote sales.
• Develop and maintain a computerized existing and prospective customer database.
• Sets up appointments with prospective customers to provide information on company’s lines of business.
• Conducts demonstrations of product lines at meetings arranged with prospective customers. 
• Follows-up with prospective customers after meetings.
• Follows-up with existing customers to ensure that their service expectations are being met.
• Provides information to existing and prospective customers on any new line of business offered by the company.
• Respond to and follow-up on customer enquiries.
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
• Provides management with a daily activity report on sales and marketing activities. 
• Other duties as may be assigned by Management.
