KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (KJESS) operating from the Kingston office, is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).The Growth & Strategy function is expanding operations at JESS by hiring an Officer to provide support to this process area. Team members within the delivery center work with Client’s stakeholders under a team extension model to support Client’s back office operations.
Job Profile
As the Meeting Coordinator, you will be customer-focused with responsibilities for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the Client’s Go-To-Market/Ignition Center team (Ignition GTM), including, but not limited to: scheduling scoping calls, client interviews and meetings, Lead Partner/account team debriefs, client debriefs, report monitoring, lead tracking, qualifications (Quals) management, mailbox management, and request tracking. You will also coordinate with resources from multiple business departments to achieve production objectives within scheduled time frames.
The Meeting Coordinator reports primarily to the Growth & Strategy Assistant Manager but will also take direction from the Senior Management and other Ignition GTM team members who are accountable for supported work.
