OVERVIEW:

KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).

JOB SUMMARY:

The Data Management Business Partner Talent & Culture is responsible for providing data integration support to the business functional teams and the IT organization utilizing supported data environments. A successful candidate possesses the ability to direct, motivate and empower others to work towards the organization's goals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across multiple functions; and support the execution of strategic initiatives for the organization. The successful candidate will be able to support client portfolios by tracking all project status, risks, and facilitate resolution of escalations. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Minimum of 7 years work experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in people management
• .Outstanding verbal/written communication and collaboration skills
• Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
