PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing guidance and direction to production floor personnel in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure completion of all production plans through daily scheduling and assignment of personnel & production related tasks
• Provides detail manufacturing information through compilation, initiation, analysis of production performance records and data
• Ensure all stations are producing finished goods to the company’s quality standards
• Maintains an accurate record of daily productions activities accurately
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline production process
• Ensure all documented requirements/standards are maintained and observed
• Collaborating with team members to ensure verification and accuracy of goods dispatched and received

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, or related field is preferred
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of industry-best practices
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Experience & knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP would be a plus
• Outstanding time management skills
• Must be a team player
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
