Job Summary: To manage the core operations of the company in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner, to meet all sales demands and quality targets.

Job Summary:

• Work as a part of the Senior Management team to develop and refine a long – medium-term plan for the Company.
• Develop Annual/Monthly Production Schedule and report on actual production output.
• Ensure the Annual/Monthly Production Plans are achieved aligned with company’s strategic objectives.
• Responsible for production of all paint and coating products in keeping with demand forecast.
• Manage effectively and efficiently the Operations Departments.
• Provide fact-based analytical information to support production initiatives and contribute to the Business Planning and Evaluation Process.
• Manage the workflows on Microsoft AX as required to ensure smooth movement of all inventory items from Raw Materials to Finished Goods.
• Present monthly reports for all Production related activities.
• Liaise with all departments to ensure product targets are met.
• Ensure the smooth running of the department by coordinating all activities and functions.
• Set Performance Standards, Key Performance Indicators and conduct performance assessments for direct reports.
• Ensure that manpower is managed to meet operational demands and minimize overtime work.
• Assist on any committees/groups/task forces that may be formed to deal with specific plant related issues.
• Promote safety awareness and the development of a Safety culture within the company.
• Ensure adherence to established and approved Standard Operating Procedures, Conditions and Limits Conduct any other
• related duties that may be assigned by the Managing Director.
• Liaise with external customers/contractors/suppliers as and when necessary.
• Compliance with Ansa Mcal Group Policies

Qualifications & Work Experience

• B.Sc. in Operations/Production Management or Chemistry/Chemical Engineering and at least (5) five years related experience in a coatings manufacturing environment with at least (3) three years at a Middle Management level.
