Collates vendor invoices and follows up with identified internal employees to ensure timely payment;
Coordinates job letter distribution and responds to employees’ requests via email and SysAid online platform.
Assists with managing the staff travel desk.
Assists HR Administrators with interview coordination by acting as a liaison to ensure Candidates are ushered into interviews and completes required pre-employment documentation; medicals, security checks etc.
Assists with preparation of the duty travel.
Receives, screens and refers telephone calls to the appropriate persons.
Sorts and files documents and records according to predetermined classification.
Co-ordinates/ assists in organizing departmental activities.
Assist in HR Audit activities – scanning, scheduling of meetings etc.
Support payroll activities on a monthly basis
Performs such other duties outside the normal scope of responsibilities that may be required to maximize the efficiency, productivity, teamwork, customer relations and enhance the entire operations of the company.
BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a related position in HR environment.
Completion of secondary school with at least 5 GCE “O” Level or CXC General Level passes, including Math and English. Post-secondary education in an HR related field would be an asset.
Proficiency in use of Microsoft programs
Ability to work independently, exercising judgement and initiative
