Business to Business Manager

Responsible for the Sales of the Department, developing the accounts of business members, for the achievement of targets.

This position is responsible for

• Ensuring compliance with the sales and membership budget for the Club
• Developing secondary city markets
• Coordinating with the Buying department the existence of inventories of the best selling items.
• Executing sales strategies and the direction to follow to reach sales goals
• Maintaining service standards, visit current and inactive business members to promote volume renewals and sales
• Keeping the price information of the competition upated.
• Keeping members updated on new products, promotion and prices and propose product promotion programmes for business members
• Preparing and supervising the schedules of team members and communicating necessary changes to them
• Supervising team and identifying/recommending training needs.
• Establishing and meeting sales goals for each period, preparing P&L based on establised budget for the department.
• Analysing and resolving complaints from business members
