This role is responsible for leading cooperation of Channel, Key Account Manager and Marketing teams in order to set-up and execute strategies and tactics in all channels at point of sales.

Position Summary:

This role is responsable for leading cooperation of Channel, Key Account Manager and Marketing teams in order to set-up and execute strategies and tactics in all channels at point of sales. This individual will also develop leading category expertise in the market and work closely with our customers to deploy it               

 

A Day in the Life:

  • Lead ICP proccess on the market                                         
  • Efficient planning and spending of CCSD budget (pfme, tts)                                           
  • Best in class POS development and execution                                        
  • Ensure execution of agreed In-stre activity plan                                     
  • Develop all team members - channel specialist and POS specialist                                              
  • Delivering category growth and create consultant knowledge across the market. On the same time build the perfect store at IND. (Provide our customers and internally on the optimal ASSORTMENT, PRICING, and category EXPOSITION, SECONDARY PLACEMENT; develop and implement category insights)                            
  • Support  ICP process (Support CCSD manager with the key inputs and challenge back marketiers based on the current category insight                                      
  • Develop all team members. Ensure the key successsion planning for the category specialist as an entry position for NESTLE. (Recruit strong category specialist for the further capability building within NESTLE)                         
  • NPDI contribution and expertise ( Be the category expert with an proactive approach seeking for the new opportunities)      
  • Assist sales in building long term sustainable winning in store category strategy (support and delelop the sales team)      

 

What will make you successful:

  • Degree from a recognized institution
  • 3- 5 years of FMCG experience (dealing with strategies and analytical opportunities, ideally exposure to Delivering Category Growth initiatives)
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
