Client Services Manager

The SNB Creative Group is a multi-service creative hub that aims to be the leading provider of creative services in Jamaica and the Caribbean. SNB curates leading Event Production for all scale events including booth executions, corporate functions, awards ceremonies, conferences, weddings, concerts, and stage shows. We also provide Digital, Videography, Graphic Design and Communication Solutions for our clients.

The brands in the SNB portfolio are Blueprint Events, Carib Venues, Reel Time Studios and Starlight Production.

Client Services Manager:

The ideal candidate will act as the Client Services Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the team of event coordinators who are responsible for the professional execution of client events. The Client Services Manager will ensure that quotations and proposals for clients are prepared in a timely fashion, and that event executions are expertly completed by the team. The Client Services Manager will also be responsible for leading the planning and execution of large scale projects.

 

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Monitor all incoming quotation requests and ensure they are assigned to a team member
  • Ensure the timely preparation of quotations for submission to clients
  • Review and approve the accuracy of quotations prior to submission to clients
  • Monitor the event calendar to ensure adequate preparation is in place for client events
  • Support the planning and execution of client events
  • Approve supplier invoices prior to submission to accounts
  • Approve event coordinator incentives
  • Attend site visits as required
  • Prepare and administer training and development plans for team members
  • Develop robust training programmes for the department
  • Manage the leave calendar of the event team
  • Continuously research and impart international best practice standards to the wider team
  • Any other duties that may be required by the Group CEO and Company Directors from time to time.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Event Management and Execution
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience managing teams.
  • Expert Knowledge of Production Equipment including Audio, Rigging, Staging, Lighting, Tents and Screens.
  • Portfolio which demonstrates the candidates experience in the execution of large scale events.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications.
  • Be self-motivated and deadline oriented with a positive attitude.
