Integrated Solutions Coordinator

The incumbent will be responsible for any assigned pre-sales support in the development of solutions for the department. They will lay the required groundwork for any assigned quotations, proposals and tenders for review and finalization by the sales lead.

• Assist with the compilation of Technical and Commercial product data sheets
• Prepares market intelligence reports
• Assists in the preparation of proposal and tender documents
• Provide quotations for customers for all products in a customers’ Bill of Materials
• Provide technical support to customers and promote company's goods and services
• Build relationships with existing and new customers
• Conduct market research to develop sales leads and assist with alternative/renewable projects
• Ensures customer satisfaction in terms of delivery of quality products in a timely manner
• Manage department reports/scorecard
• Processing of Sales Orders and Back Orders as required

• Assist the Manager in supporting the various cross functional team with their sales and supply activities.

• Coordinating any sales and supply related communications to the cross functional teams.

• Providing support, such as, but not limited to, competitive information, customer feedback and complaint resolution

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Business related Degree will be an asset

• Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technician Diploma

• At least 2-3 years, experience in sales of technical product lines

• Experience with Microsoft GP Dynamics will be an asset
