PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION 

The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, completion, handover and commercial success of projects in existing and new resorts ensuring consistency with the company’s standards.  

 Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:  

• Experience based leadership with learnt understanding of all technical elements of construction including civil and ground works.
• Guiding design professionals with proper brief, evaluating of construction and value engineering of structural elements particularly.
• Understanding and ability to manage the design process ensuring coordination.
• Ensuring best practice from global influences to direct and train contractors and resources.
• Proven successful strategic oversight of commercial nature of each project.
• Capable of creating and maintaining critical path analysis of project schedules.
• Demonstrated completion of any works started within the project brief.
• The ability to plan, implement and hand over multiple projects in order to accomplish goals within constraints of time, cost, and quality standards.
• Extensive experience with finishes and fittings in a custom designed environment, including millwork and other specialist manufacturers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of fifteen (10) years’ experience in construction/ engineering or a related field.
• Experience in electrical and heating solar solutions would be an asset.
• Willing to relocate & travel as needed.
