INVENTORY MONITOR

Applications are invited from suitable candidates to fill the position of Inventory Monitor

THE ROLE

Provide accurate and timely information to management on the Warehouse Inventory Stock levels and make reccomendations for imporovement in the systems of internal controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verification of inventory balances by comaring them to physical stock counts and investigate any discrepancies.
• Observing and reporting if FIFO is followed for all transactions.
• Inspect stock items for damage or defect and report any damage to supervisor.
• Keep track of goods returned and bad goods.
• Track inbound and otbound activities.
• Ensure accuracy of costings (local goods purchased from intercompany, third and related parties).
