Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise and effect the necessary corrective actions;
Ensure that all websites operated by the JNHT along with associated pages are always working properly;
Maintain and monitor all websites developed and managed by the JNHT;
Plan out future modifications for the sites and keep abreast with new technologies and software to develop the online presence and success of the sites;
Ensure that the websites are secure and user data that may be incorporated is safeguarded;
Build graphics, slides, audio, videos and animations for products and services offered by the organization for publishing on the website;
Establish policies and procedures as it relates to content management;
Setup email accounts for all staff being employed by the Trust and troubleshoot any issues that might be reported by email users;
Ensure that subscriptions for use of external sites are kept up to date;
Review website traffic, comments for improvement made by users of the site, analyze the information and present a report at the end of each month to the Systems Manager;
Manage and monitor accounts held by the JNHT on all social media platforms and provide recommendations for content that can be considered;
Install new and maintain existing hardware and software, performing minor repairs and escalating major issues to the System Administrator for resolution.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Minimum Required Qualification and Experience
An Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
Working knowledge of programming languages and operating systems;
Knowledge of website management tools;
Knowledge in Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), JavaScript, HTML/CSS and Adobe Photoshop
Three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity.
