JR Treasury Officer

The Jr. Treasury Officer will be responsible for the treasury team’s administrative and daily banking transactions, ensuring there is clear and customer-oriented communication between the team and business units within the CB Group.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist with daily banking duties – transfers, collecting balances etc.

• Assist with the preparation of documents from banks, insurance companies, cambios and other associates’ correspondences (documents to be signed sealed, stamped etc.)

• Assist with the preparation of daily bank balances report and distribute same weekly to respective persons

• Reconcile US Bank Accounts monthly

• Assist with Foreign Exchange trading

• Assist with foreign suppliers reconciliation

• Update list of all properties

• Ensure property tax, asset taxes and all company taxes are timely paid, while doing required reconciliations.

• Operate Petty Cash Imprest

• Verify all new local suppliers added to the electronic payment system

• Upload and verify the accuracy of all electronic payment files for approval

• Offer administrative support to CFO

Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related discipline

• Two years related experience or apprenticeship in a similar position

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general instructions, professional memorandums, accounting procedures and reports, financial statements, banking procedures and policies and government regulations

• Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines

• Ability to prepare written accounting reports and business cash flows

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from business unit managers, internal clients and consultants
