The Recruiting Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Recruiting Specialists and Coordinators, tasked with the full cycle recruiting processes necessary to fill open or anticipated positions.
The Recruiting Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Recruiting Specialists and Coordinators, tasked with the full cycle recruiting processes necessary to fill open or anticipated positions. S/he provides ongoing leadership, coaching, motivation and direction to the team to establish and promote strategies on talent acquisition projects. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor works in partnership with Hiring Managers to manage an active requisition workload as well as manage a pipeline of passive candidates. This individual is a team player and collaborator who will actively contribute to the evolution of the Talent Acquisition group.
