The KJESS HRQM Quality Officer is responsible for performing large volume of time sensitive data validations, data analysis, and recommending solutions to maintain accurate data integrity in various HR applications/systems.

Overview of the opportunity:

The KJESS HRQM Quality Officer is responsible for performing large volume of time sensitive data validations, data analysis, and recommending solutions to maintain accurate data integrity in various HR applications/systems.

The HR Quality Officer will perform work of a technical and analytical nature requiring special skills, training and related experience.  The HR Quality Officer will apply knowledge while performing duties according with standard operating procedures, independent judgement and firm policies to complete moderate to complex processes.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Finance or business field from an accredited college or university with 3+ years of work experience in a public accounting firm/ shared service centers, a plus
• Highly organized in high volume and fast-paced work environment
• Business & data analysis and critical thinking skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, organization, and independent judgment skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable ramping up quickly to new and complex systems and technologies supporting business processes.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, and PowerBI, a plus
