We are seeking Watersport Managers for our Ocho Rios and Montego Bay locations.
The Ideal Candidate must:
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Have excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers
- Be computer literate, including social media
- Hold a university degree/high education level
Core Requirements:
- Must have experience in running a water sport operation and be able to understand and enforce water sport rules and regulations.
- Check on weather forecast daily.
- Promote water sport activities in order to increase/maximize revenue.
- Ensure that all equipment are properly maintained and kept in good working order.
- Have a valid boat license and is capable of handling power and sail boats.
- Be a certified/experienced Dive Master
- Preferably be between the ages of 30 and 40 years
- Strong knowledge of boats and engine, inboard and outboard as well as boat maintenance
