Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Report To: Group CEO
The CFO is responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the Company. This includes the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to the strategy and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
5. Develop and execute analysis of various business initiatives.
6. Develop and maintain a capital budget, manage levels of working capital, and minimize the potential for write-
offs and provisions.
7. Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
8. Oversee cash investment and asset management.
9. Oversee financing strategies and activities as well as banking relationships.
10. Coordinate the development and monitoring of budgets.
11. Develop financial business plans and forecasts.
12. Oversee the Finance Department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and functions.
13. Supervise the Finance staff and provide strong leadership and direction to the team.

15. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of all financial and management reports. Follow up on all Audit
issues.
16. Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements.
17. Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns.
18. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
19. Review all month-end closing activities including General ledger maintenance, balance sheets reconciliations
and overhead cost allocations.
