Dispatcher

The Dispatcher will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of deliveries and receivals of raw materials and animal feeds.

They will primarily focus on:

• Placing bulk feed orders with the Production Department
• Assigning and scheduling all bulk deliveries, notifying relevant authorities of pertinent details
• Invoicing bulk deliveries
• Weighing all incoming and outgoing materials
• Tracking the movement of bulk trucks using the vehicle tracking system and report any suspicious activities to the Security & Compliance Coordinators and all malfunctions of the tracking systems or devices to the relevant authorities
• Tracking fuel usage for feed trucks and arrange regular maintenance of same
• Tracking toll usage by the bulk truck and maintain accounts as needed
• Keeping track of inventories of supplies (e.g. seals, scale tickets, printer cartridges), monitoring reorder levels.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Passes in 8 CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English Language.
• Good computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
