The purpose of this position is to assist and support the Branch Manager with the co-ordination of the day to day operational issues surrounding the running of a branch.
We are the largest retailer in the region, and are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to fill the position of Assistant Branch Manager for one of our Courts Stores in Kingston, Jamaica. Courts is a part of the Unicomer Group and is the leading retailer in Jamaica with 28 locations island- wide.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible to develop and execute a competitive store-level, retail sales plan in support of the company’s sales and business development strategy. The plan is expected to deliver or exceed revenue, retail profit, net promoter and customer satisfaction targets.
In addition effectively lead, inspire and manage performance of team members towards the attainment of key performance indicators; utilizing and encouraging ongoing performance management, feedback and coaching.
The Assistant Branch Manager must monitor and review business processes, systems, policies and work flows in collaboration with sales leaders to enhance store level customer experience, improve staff productivity levels and ensure alignment with company goals.
