JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a full-time competent line cook to join our cooking team in the preparation and cooking of Chinese type dishes. Applicant must be polite, friendly and willing to learn and adapt to our restaurant standards. Must be able to interact with other team and wait staff members.

Must have at least two years’ experience in a commercial Chinese cooking environment.

Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume and cooking procedures.

Valid food badge

Punctual and regular to work

Hours of work:

Monday – Thursday ---9.30am to 9.30pm

Friday and Saturday ---9.30am to 10.00pm

Lunch and Dinner provided

Wages to commensurate with ability and experience.
