JOB SUMMARY
Monitors and maintains the Company’s computer systems and networks; installs and configures computer systems, diagnoses hardware and software faults and solves technical and application problems, either on location or remotely.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Assist employees with network systems and resolve these issues.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair faults or set up a system.
• Support the roll out of new applications.
• Test and evaluate new technology.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Professional Certification in CISCO & CITRIX.
• Technical knowledge of use of the following but not limited to: SAGE ACCPAC, Windows Office Suite, Windows Server Environment, Desktop & Server virtualization, POS (Uniwell), Microsoft SQL server and Citrix environment.
