Customer Service Representative

Senior Customer Service Representative

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the sale of our gaming, betting, and lottery products, as well as the provision of exceptional customer experiences to our clients.

Key Functions:

  • Delivery of excellent customer service 
  • Engage clients and upsell the Company's products
  • Accurate processing of cash and credit/debit transactions
  • Provides customers with information and updates on SVL betting and gaming products
  • Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of a work shift 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects including Mathematics and English
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong sales skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with standard Point Of Sale (POS) system
  • At least two (2) years’ experience with handling cash in high volumes
  • Knowledge of and love for sports would be an asset

 

 

 

Senior Customer Service Representative 

The Senior Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in selling the Company’s products and services i.e. lottery, sports betting, PIN sales and other electronically distributed products and services. The incumbent also supports the Customer Service Supervisor in the efficient day to day operations of the retail location.

Key Functions

  • Oversee the operations of the retail office in the absence of the Customer Service Supervisor
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service, for gaming customers
  • Promote and sell gaming products and other services i.e. lottery games, sports betting and PIN sales to increase the growth of the Company’s portfolio
  • Proper stewardship of company’s funds and assets, including effective cash handling and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to the policies and procedures of Supreme Ventures Limited
  • Ensure compliance with the regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements under which we operate for the various services, including:
    • Betting Gaming & Lotteries Act
    • Anti-money laundering Regulations / Proceeds of Crime Act

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of Five (5) CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English
  • Minimum of one (1) year in a cash handling environment
  • Speed and accuracy for dealing with customers and processing transactions
  • Experience with handling large sums of cash
  • Exposure to customer service training would be an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills

 

Office Attendant

The Office attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility for all team members, visitors, and Patrons.

 

Key Functions:

  • Responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitization of the entire gaming facility, offices, and all other areas at the location, to include main areas, bathrooms etc.  
  • Continuously remove trash and used/dirty ashtrays from all areas and deliver to the garbage collection unit
  • Ensure that garbage collection unit and area is kept in a tidy fashion
  • Keep adequate supplies stocked in work areas
  • Ensure the maintenance of stock and report any low supplies on a timely basis
  • Assist, if called upon, to serve on the gaming floor

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of three (3) CXC passes, including English or certificate in Housekeeping or Customer Service
  • Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in hotel and/or restaurant would be an asset
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
