The Workforce Analyst is responsible for organizing work schedules and ensuring that each area is suitably staffed for any given work period. He or she is also responsible for creating and completing related reports.
Complete appropriate forecasts for required staffing needs with the use of arrival flight information.
Prepare appropriate schedules and distribute to all team members within the required timeframe.
Manage time-off requests to balance staffing needs with actual staffing.
Liaise with Heads of Departments to coordinate cross-utilizations of resources where applicable.
Prepare reports on forecasted, scheduled and actual hours on weekly/monthly basis.
Prepare other reports related to general performance under the guidance of the Workforce Manager.
Responsible for recognizing any over or under-staffing due to changes in flights, passenger bookings.
Implement strategies to mitigate or resolve these risks.
Participate in monthly reconciliation of staffing information with HR Department.
Any other duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Two years working in a Workforce Management field with experience in creating and managing schedules.
Associates degree in IT, Business Management or related field
