Recruitment Manager

Influx is seeking a manager to manage our recruitment and other HR-related projects in Jamaica. This is a remote position (work from home), reporting to our HR Director.

You will be leading a team, recruiting employees from Jamaica and other countries, to serve the needs of clients all over the world.

Influx is a fast-growing profitable startup offering customer support solutions for tech companies and eCommerce brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of HR Officers and interviewers

• Hire enough amazing people to fulfill the needs of the company (we grow quite quickly!)

• Manage various HR-related activities 

• Uphold high standards in recruitment and all HR-related activities

• Participate in decision-making as a member of the management team

What We’re Looking for:

• Two years of experience managing a team of recruiters

• Two years of experience handling various HR activities (not necessarily recruitment)

• A skilled interviewer, good at reading people

• Experience in managing recruitment projects (including but not limited to recruitment channels)

• Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English

• (People without IHRM certification are welcome to apply)
