Responsibilities

Ensures the following:

• All logs and records are completed correctly and goods are delivered accordingly
• Compliance with policies related to custody and custody transfers of all items in the vault (packages, keys, etc.)
• All supervisees display professionalism and deliver customer service at the highest level at all times
• Dispatch Office duties are done promptly
• Confidentiality is maintained at times
• Crew cell phones and handheld equipment are charged overnight
• Care and protection of the working environment and the company’s property
• All incidents and animosities are reported prompted

Requirements

• At least three (3) years’ experience as a Treasury Officer (working `knowledge of Vault Operations would be an asset)
• Must have leadership qualities and the ability to work flexible hours
• A Certificate in Supervisory Management
• Must possess good organizational and leadership skills
• Must be customer service oriented
• The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be mature and responsible and be able to accomplish high morale and positive results from staff
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Good working knowledge of computers and software
