The Assistant Store Manager supports the daily operations of the store in areas including; exceptional customer service delivery, employees supervision and driving sales.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

An established company has the ideal opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager – Western Jamaica

The successful candidate must be passionate about daily operational functions, leading and guiding employees and is a champion for exceptional customer service.

Main duties include but not limited to:

• Ensure full adherence with the cash management procedures
• Support plans to achieve sales targets
• Provide guidance and supervision for the team
• Monitor stock levels, order goods and ensure that goods are displayed in a manner to maintain the aesthetics of the store
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Exemplify excellent customer service and respond to customer concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• A minimum of four (4) years experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of consumer behaviour would be an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Possess strong analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented

Compensation

An attractive salary package in excess of $1.4 million per annum
