The Driver/Courier would be responsible for the delivery and collection of documents from various locations.
DRIVER/COURIER
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:
- Delivery of documents to various offices, financial and government institutions
- Payment of Statutory Fees at various government offices and Utility Bills
- Collect/deliver raw materials from customers and factories
- Deliver payments and receive invoices from various customers
- Daily transferring of mails /packages to and from main office
- Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by management in an efficient and effective manner
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Qualification /Education:
- Valid Driver’s Permit - Light Motor Vehicle (Manual Transmission)
- Heavy licence would be an asset
- A current Police Certificate of Character
Skills/Experience:
- Five (5) to seven (6) years’ driving experience, preferably as a Courier
- Sound time management, critical thinking and people skills
- Must be able to safely lift a weight of 50 lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to perform assigned tasks while remaining calm, efficient and flexible
- Must adhere to all safety rules and good manufacturing practices of the Company during the performance of his/her duties.
