Manage and maintain the organization’s website – Manage the LASCO Financial website and ensure that content is refreshed regularly with relevant content and information.
Write and optimize content for the website and all social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter etc.
Create, track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
Attain key performance indicators such as, reducing website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website
Write copy for email marketing campaigns
Identify new trends in digital marketing , evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of the industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
Work on printed material to supplement online products.
Demonstrable experience of targeting and communicating with different groups, via a range of emerging and established social media channels .
Oversee a social and digital media strategy
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
BSC/BA in marketing or related field
At least three (3) years demonstrable experience in digital marketing
Knowledge of word press and website management
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience or qualification in graphic design would be an asset.
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google analytics, NetInsight, WebtTrends etc.)
Experience with B2c (Business to Consumer), social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM (Search Engine Optimization/Marketing)
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft office
Sound Knowledge of HTML/JavaScript
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and outgoing personality
Detailed Oriented
Well organized and self-motivated
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
