Core Functions
• Provide proactive and general maintenance – visit merchant sites at regular intervals as part of preventative maintenance
• Liaise with external partners in keeping with the Unit’s KPIs
• Visit merchant sites to install new POS terminals as directed by central support.
• Conduct testing of terminals, train merchants and provide the relevant documentation - fraud certificate, quick reference guide, copy merchant agreement and card identification features
• Facilitate problem solving and troubleshooting regarding POS terminals. Provide resolution and feedback to customers and replace terminals where applicable.
• Analyze and resolve merchants’ queries in alignment with NCB’s established service-level agreement, policies and procedures.
• Responsible for generating sales leads.
• Deliver rolls, decals and other miscellaneous item on demand
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Management or any equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum one (1) year overall working experience in a Bank or other financial institution
