LARGE INSURANCE BROKER REQUIRES THE SERVICES OF AN

ACCOUNTANT

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Group Financial Officer, the Accountant is accountable for the accurate completion and timely delivery of financial reports including the preparation of financial statements and the management of the company’s liquidity position, statutory responsibilities, and financial compliance.

The successful candidate must be very familiar with modern management information systems operating in a real time environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Preparing monthly financial statements
2. Supervising accounting staff
3. Managing the company’s liquidity position
4. Meeting regulatory compliance
5. Support real time CRM clients’ complaints

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The successful applicant should be the holder of a professional certification, ACCA or CPA or a master’s degree in accounting.
• Have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience producing financial statement at the senior executive management level
• Willing to work odd hours
