1. Speak the Languages Fluently (Front & Back End) - Ability to define the functionality and logic of the Web Application that contributes to the overall appearance and feel of a Webpage.
2. Web Architecture - The development of an application is a sophisticated process that involves multiple complex computational tasks. Know where to locate each task, how to structure and store data in databases, how to structure the code, how to separate files, and so on. 
3. Design Skills - As Full Stack Developer, concerned with front-end and back-end, they must possess design skills. The knowledge of front-end design is crucial to make a website look attractive and appealing. A website with a neat and user-friendly design always wins the hearts of the users. 
4. Version Control - It is the system that records changes to a file or multiple files to help you recall the changes later. A developer must be aware of how to separate these files when in the middle of computing. It also helps you enable multiple people to work on the same project simultaneously.
5. Creativity: Being able to think outside the box and come up with original ideas. Creative branding can set a website apart from the rest.

 Roles 

• Designing, coding and modifying web applications and mobile applications from layout to function according to a client's specifications.
• Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation
• Integrating data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet the necessary demand
• Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means
• Routinely optimizing our software stack
• Database management
• Managing security infrastructure
• Managing internal and external databases.
• Developing front end website architecture.
• Designing user interactions on web pages
• Developing back end website applications.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• Designing and developing APIs.
• Creating visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation

 Qualification & Experience

1. A Bachelors in Computer Information Science degree or higher, Treehouse Certification also acceptable. 
2. Minimum 3 Years of Professional Design experience.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing high-end Motion Design skills.
4. Project Management certification is not required but would be beneficial.
