KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).
JOB SUMMARY:
The KJESS Learning and Development Manager is an experienced learning design professional, who will be contracted to support the development of a corporate sustainability training curriculum. In this role, under the supervision of the lead curriculum developer, you will partner cross functionally with internal business partners and subject matter professionals to translate audience needs and business priorities into learner-centric designs, which are relevant and engaging, while addressing critical skill and knowledge gaps. You will leverage your expertise in learning theory and design best practices to build innovative learning solutions that can be delivered at scale. The ideal candidate thrives on solving challenging problems and is comfortable driving impact in an ambiguous and changing environment.
