We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of Loan Services Officer – Level 2 for JN Bank Limited. The incumbent will be responsible for processing requests for Statements to Close and mortgage closures and handling other tasks/requests received by the Loan Services Unit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare Statements to Close for mortgage account upon members’ requests
  • Review daily Mortgage Work-in-Progress General Ledger listing received from Finance Department to identify funds remitted to the Bank in settlement of mortgage accounts
  • Upon receipt of funds to settle mortgage accounts, prepare Total Redemption Vouchers and submit along with Statements to Close to Internal Processing Centre for closure of accounts
  • Prepare and dispatch correspondences to members confirming closure of mortgage accounts
  • Prepare and submit monthly Mortgage Closure Report to immediate supervisor and Team Lead
  • Conduct frequent follow-up with Internal Processing Centre to ensure prompt closure of mortgage accounts
  • Provide support in responding to general queries
  • Update Customer Query Repository (CQR) daily with progress of requests assigned to the incumbent
  • Dispatch Statements to Close to members
  • Prepare and submit Mortgage Closure Report to immediate supervisor and Team Lead
  • Dispatch confirmation of closure letters to members
  • Respond to general queries received by the Unit
  • Prepare and submit mortgage closure documentation to Internal Processing Centre for processing

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or other related field
  • At least two (2) years’ experience working in a related field
