Partner with Sector Teams to articulate, manage and achieve their development initiative. This may include but not be limited to M&A, new business, markets or partnerships
Assume lead role in crafting the story which includes the use of financial models and providing markets analysis in support of business development
Manage the M&A process: from Corporate Strategy to Post Acquisition audit
Manage the Group’s Corporate Planning process and CEO’s monthly stable meetings
Provide coaching and guidance to Analyst and other team members
Work alongside other executives and technical team as the finance knowledge broker
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
An MBA or master’s level or professional qualification would be considered an asset
5-7 years relevant work experience in a similar role
